What if you WIN a raffle or silent pawction prize?
If you’re at BB, please see WABR volunteers Paul and Becky at the picnic table near the covered raffle area FIRST (where raffle tickets are sold during the event). They’ll confirm you as the official winner, collect payment for silent pawctions & sign-out all item(s).
Then a photo will be taken of you/your Basset(s) with the winning raffle/silent pawction prize(s).
After that, you may remove your winning item(s) – volunteers will be available if you need help loading prizes to your vehicle. Please be patient, there is always a RUSH!
At 4pm on BB day, any unclaimed prizes from onsite winners will be donated back to WABR.
If you’re an absentee winner, a WABR volunteer will contact you within 72hrs of the event by email or phone. The UPS Store will process all out-of-state shipments within 30 business days of the 2010 BB. Once shipped, items may take up to 3 wks to arrive, depending on destination.
