hobo Basset Hound

Adopted!
Aaron came over to look at Bud, one of my rescues.  He played with Bud, but kept checking out Hobo.  Needless to say Hobo went home with him.  Hobo is having the time of his life, Aaron and Beth go to the dog park a couple
times a week and the bassets get to go to play dates.

Hobo has been running the docks in Lewiston since Feb 08.  Helping Hands
Rescue spent hours trying to lure him with food and friendship and left food
for him.  The truckers down at the docks feed him their sandwiches.  A dog
loving gal was feeding him hot dogs (which he loved) was finely able to
touch his head.  She said that once her had touched him head, he became a
different dog, wanting to crawl in her lap.  She took him to the local
shelter, because he had an badly infected eye.  6 Days later when he was up
for adoption, the shelter had a vet check his eye, he had a piece of cheat
grass in it, which they removed.  Hobo is a great happy bouncing boy. loves
everyone and every dog.  The kind touch from one person - it is amazing.
Hobo went into the vet this morning, to have his eye checked, and Doc Brown
confirmed the little lump on his stomach was a BB.   Hobo is a survivor!

You MUST have a securely fenced yard.
