**Maggie Sue - Katie Basset Hound**
	Adopted! Maggie now Katie with her huge Mastitis, somehow getting under a gate that only a cat could wiggle under, wonderful people searching and finding her has her fantastic home with Inge and Stan. Being one of the very shy ones, she is spending hours with Inge loving on her. She is great with their other dogs. She still is has her shy areas, but is giving Inge kisses. Maggie Sue is a female about 1 1/2 years old (Born 1-13-07) Tri-colored sweetheart (who was a breeding female in her past life) came to WABR with a gigantic mastitis that drug the ground as she walked, the mass was removed! When she came back to Haven you could barely recognize the shy shell of a dog she had once been, only 2 hours after recovering from surgery, she was jumping, running and playing in the yard, delighted to have freedom of movement and be at least 5 pounds lighter!!! She is so happy now, THANK YOU donors!
Because we do not have any "real" history on the basset rescues we DO NOT place with families with children under 6 years of age. This is for your child's protection. If you do not live in the Spokane area, transportation IS at your expense. Adoption fee ($125) barely covers S/N, immunizations, and microchip. Senior bassets cost is reduced.
