elmer Basset Hound

Hi Pat!
I think tomorrow is the two weeks anniversary of Elmer in our home, so
does that mean the adoption is finalized? :) We sure do love him and
really can't imagine life before Elmer. He keeps us laughing and smiling. He doesn't realize what a big boy he is and tries to climb in our laps, etc. We think he is really happy and is gaining some weight. He still especially loves chasing around and
rolling around with our other two pooches. He also loves the grandkids!
He says to say hello to you and all of his friends. This is a match
made in heaven. Thanks for all you did to help Elmer find us.

Elmer is a darling 3 year old basset.  His owners turned him into the shelter because they had lost their jobs.  These are his shelter pictures.  He was an outside dog, so he was not to happy in the shelter.

Because we do not have any "real" history on the basset rescues we DO NOT place with families with children under 6 years of age. This is for your
child's protection.

If you do not live in the Spokane area, transportation IS at your expense.

Adoption fee ($125) barely covers S/N, immunizations, and microchip. Senior bassets cost is reduced.
