ADOPTED!

Little Buzz just melts your heart. He was found by a wonderful family under a RV, scared, malnourished, dehydrated, filthy. They checked shelters, advertised for owner - without any success. They would have kept him, but he is very fearful of men. He has settle in here with the other rescues and does great, uses the doggy door. He does have fear of sharp noises (thinks he has done something wrong). He would do well with another secure basset, as he is following the lead of the other bassets here. The husband of the family that found him would lay on the floor with steak scraps and still could not gain his trust. Buzz would do best with someone with the time and patience to gain his trust. Whatever little Buzz's previous history men are probably not possible. He love children.

You must have a securely fenced yard.

Please complete an Adoption Application found on www.wabr.net. We use the Adoption Application to match bassets with the right family.

Because we do not have any "real" history on the basset rescues we DO NOT place with families with children under 6 years of age. This is for your child's protection.

If you do not live in the Spokane area, transportation is at your expense.

Adoption fee ($125), which barely covers S/N, immunizations and micro chips.

Buzz is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
