Chieffer  Basset Hound

Chieffer has move in and made himself at home.  Steve has reminded him that he is house trained the first couple days.  He and Daphne and Flash are getting along fine.  Daphne plays with him.  His Dad, Steve is a first class basset parent.


Chieffer was a owner turn in to the shelter. Owners indicated he was 5 years old, but no other information. He is a very young 5. He wiggles from his front shoulder back, when he wags his tail. On ID Marks the shelter put Ginormous Jowls! This funny boy is a snuggler and will make you laugh.

You must have a securely fenced yard.

Because we do not have any "real" history on the basset rescues we DO NOT place with families with children under 6 years of age. This is for your child's protection.

If you do not live in the Spokane area, transportation is at your expense.

Adoption fee ($125), which barely covers S/N, immunizations and micro chips.
