lightning the Basset Hound

ADOPTED!

I had taken Gordon and Lightening to visit with a family.  The family took Gordon, BUT Grandpa's dog was getting older, and he wanted a walking companion.  Lightening fit the bill. These are people, every dog would want to be part of their lives.  You would have loved Grandma wonderful accepting smile.  What lucky boys.

Lightning is a happy, playful silly boy. Great with the other rescue bassets. Loves attention, would love to be a lap boy. Uses the doggy door. Of course a wonderful eater, so like all bassets no sandwiches on the edge of counters.

You must have a securely fenced yard.

Please complete an Adoption Application found on www.wabr.net. We use the Adoption Application to match bassets with the right family.

Because we do not have any "real" history on the basset rescues we DO NOT place with families with children under 6 years of age. This is for your child's protection.

If you do not live in the Spokane area, transportation is at your expense.

Adoption fee ($125), which barely covers S/N, immunizations and micro chips.

Lightning is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered
