IN MEMORY OF Carrie  THE Basset Hound

Carrie, always let you know when it is Breakfast and Dinner time with her "get the chow down" bark. But once it was down this last week, she wasn't finishing it. This afternoon she went out for her constitutional, and yard check. About a half hour later, it just started snowing and I noticed she wasn't tucked in a bed. Carrie loved sleeping in the sunshine, and I can't count the times I've run outside thinking the worst, only for her to look at me letting me know she was just enjoying the sunshine and great outdoors. I believe she is someplace where there is warm sweet grass and sunshine for her.

Carrie was picked up as a stray along with Violet. Poor old Carrie, was totally exhausted. She is slowly recovering her strength. The sweet loving lady, loves being cuddled and petted. Her status (not coloring) looks like she could be a Mrs. Elwood. She is very sweet.
